Three Clyde Travel Management employees lifted awards at an industry ceremony recently for their contributions to the travel agency sector.
Held in the Radisson Blu in Glasgow, the Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association ‘Sparkle Awards’ recognised exceptional individual performances.
Gayle Gordon, Customer Relations Manager scooped ‘Corporate Account Manager of the Year’, Laura Salazar, Senior Travel Consultant lifted ‘Business Travel Consultant of the Year’ and Aleksandra Michalczyk, Travel Consultant, won ‘Newcomer of the Year’.
Three other Clyde Travel employees, Martin Jubb, Karyn Getty and Jessica Watt were also successful in being shortlisted for awards.
Celebrating both Business and Leisure travel sectors, nominations are entered by peers and supported by case study justification before then being anonymised and assessed by experienced judges.
Paul Cronje, General Manager Director, Clyde Travel said: “I’m delighted for Gayle, Laura and Aleksandra on receiving their awards, but also to Martin, Karyn and Jessica for being shortlisted in their respective categories.
“It’s always very satisfying when our peers recognise the effort and commitment we demonstrate in our roles, and I believe it also reflects the strength, depth and investment we have made in the team at Clyde, and the ethos that everyone has a role to play.”
