Can You Tell Me More About a Corporate Travel Management Policy?
How experienced are your marine travel consultants?
Our consultants have an average length of service of 8 years. We have an award winning training department to ensure ongoing development of skills within our teams.
What are your hours of operations?
Our operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have a dedicated 24/7 team who support the day team outside of the hours of 08.30 – 17.30.
Can I have a dedicated contact?
Clyde operate compact and focused travel teams, each managing a small group of customers so that they can truly understand the travel DNA of their customers and the corporate travel policy to ensure there is a consistent level of service.
Do you have online booking tools?
Clyde work with major online booking systems like, Cytric and Atriis for business travel. Atriis is a state of the art intuitive corporate online booking tool with rich content at your finger tips. For more complex itineraries and specific travel needs, you still have the benefit of our experienced corporate travel managers on hand to help.
How do I know I am getting the best value from your services?
Clyde employ a culture of ethical selling. Our business travel consultants are not rewarded on Clyde supplier incentives, but customer satisfaction.
This means that our culture is to do the right thing by our customers and present them with the services and products they want rather than those that offer commercial benefits to Clyde. We also have technology that enables our Downsell proposition, saving our customers money on airfares. This system checks all the bookings we hold for lower fares up until 24 hours before departure, even after they have been ticketed. So if a lower fare on the same flight becomes available, we rebook it cancel the original ticket and hand back the savings to our customers. We provide our customers with savings reports monthly.
