Every employee who joins Clyde, regardless of their role completes a 2 week induction course, delivered by our in house learning and development team as well as customised training relating to their role in Clyde.

At a group level on going training is delivered either via our innovative online nano-training sessions for generic training or in person training for more specific subjects relating to your work.
